All the trainers are so encouraging and work with you on your level. They push you to achieve goals, but not beyond what your body can handle. I will be 65 in October and Studio Fit has helped me get into the best condition/shape I have been in in years. I feel better and have more energy. Thank you, Studio Fit!
My journey with Studio Fit with a postcard in the mail. The card was advertising a program called “Fit in 42”, a program that said would change my life! After my appointment and consultation, I signed up. I honestly can say that this has indeed changed my life! I attended the 6 week “Fit in 42” program, not missing a day and following the meal plan and the complete package provided to me and had super results! I lost 17 pounds of body fat, and gained not only strength, but confidence and belief in myself. I have continued at Studio Fit in the “Phase 2” program – Strength training. With Scott as my coach/trainer, I don’t think I could be in better hands. He is an expert at what he does. I feel healthier, stronger, more confident and better than I have in years. I will be 59 years old this month, and never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be lifting weights and loving it, especially as a woman! The entire staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. They are also passionate about health and fitness, and will do anything to help others achieve their goals. I will continue my journey with my Studio Fit family!
I saw an ad about Fit in 42, and had been feeling a little down about myself, so I decided to give it a shot, 42 days of eating well, and working out. It was the best decision I could have made! You couldn’t ask for better coaches! They really get to know you and your capabilities. They push you and help you reach your potential. And you can tell that they do it because they really care about you. It’s more than just a job for them. I haven’t felt this good about myself… well ever! I’m down in weight and body fat percentage. I’m up in muscle weight. And I just feel great! Can’t wait to join them in their other programs!
I am just finishing up the Fit and 42 program at Studio Fit and cannot believe how good I feel and what I have accomplished with the help of the trainers! I never thought I would actually enjoy working out. They have helped me realize I can do a lot more than I ever thought I could. Looking forward to continuing this journey with Studio Fit!
I have just finished the fitin42 program with Studio Fit the program and the gym far exceeded any and all of my expectations. In just 42 short days I shed 18.1 lbs of pure fat, I am down 2 sizes, I am stronger, refocused on my goals, and better educated on food choices and making this a lifestyle commitment. Training under Studio Fit has really been a blessing. Trainers will keep up with your workout, track your diet, and goals at all times. They will push you to do things that you don’t think you can do. They’re going to make you meet your goals through your complaints, aches, pains, and groans. I came to the gym 8 months ago and feel better than ever, lighter than ever, and have a much healthier outlook on life. I know what I need to do to continue my healthier lifestyle with the help of Dennis, Corbette, and all the staff at Studio Fit. I no longer have chronic back pain, due to skeletal issues, and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. I can’t express how thankful I am of the staff at Studio Fit for this change. It has been nothing, but amazing.
I have been coming to Studio Fit for about 5 months now, and have started to feel better about myself and my strength! The facility is great, but the people and the trainers are what make this place special. From the beginning it has felt like a family atmosphere, and I can’t wait until it’s time to head back for a workout. The small class size makes it so that everyone gets some one on one time with the class trainer, and there is always someone watching to make sure you are doing the movements correctly. I would recommend training at Studio Fit to anyone that asked me.
Jimmy came to us with a simple request – to get stronger and feel better. He lives a very active lifestyle and in his own words “I like to have a little fun everyday”. We started him off with private training for a few weeks and then progressed to a small group setting. Jimmy trains 3 days a week using a basic strength program comprised of squats, presses, deadlifts, and rows. In 4 months he added over 80 pounds to his squat and over 100 pounds to his deadlift. At 66 years old, Jimmy has more energy and is more capable of handling life’s physical challenges.
Lois came to the Studio looking to gain lean muscle and lose fat, and that’s exactly what she has done. Since beginning her training Lois has gained 4.2lbs of muscle mass while losing 10 lbs. of Fat. She has lost 5% of her body fat, giving her a very noticeable physical appearance. Lois has also increased her strength and health substantially since she began.
My 14 year old son, JaQwan has been attending Studio Fit since July 2017. He has an awesome trainer named Scott, who has helped him bring a tremendous change in his body. The strength and conditioning training has helped JaQwan’s performance level in basketball in so many ways. He has gained muscle, weight, improved in the fundamentals of basketball, his confidence level has spiked and he has more energy. Letting JaQwan attend Studio Fit was a very good decision.
