Studio Fit is a fitness facility so is this just another workout and nutrition program?
NO…while we’ll certainly provide you with incredible workouts, nutrition education and support, this goes way beyond fitness. The challenge also includes a powerful, transformational mindset curriculum and coaching that will translate into improved results in all areas of your life. Make no mistake, you will lose a significant amount of weight, melt off body fat and tone up, too!
When does it start and end?
The official start date is Saturday, January 30th, 2021. However, early birds get to start Monday, January 25th…for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!
The challenge itself ends on Saturday, March 13th…but the lessons learned and skills developed will last you a lifetime.
How much of my already-limited time is this going to require?
Take it from the owners of Studio Fit who also own 2 other businesses and have 5 kids, we understand that time is precious…and even though we love fitness, we don’t want to be doing it all the time. Heck, the time isn’t available anyway!
Now, with that being said, no body gets fit without reasonable effort and time. You’ve got to be willing to carve out five to six 45-minute blocks of time to exercise per week. If you’re not willing to do that, then you better be cool with where you’re at and accept the fact that it’s only downhill from here…Or, you could shuffle your schedule a little bit (which may be as simple as watching less TV and/or social media) and enjoy the healthy, fit body and lifestyle you deserve. You CAN fit this in. We promise!
